The rotation to the left is fairly simple and does good damage. However, there is a more involved rotation that can do greater damage.
Main Rotation:
- Sinister Strike to 5 Combo Points, then Slice and Dice
- Sinister Strike to 5 Combo Points, then Rupture
- Sinister Strike to 5 Combo Points
- If you have less than 12 seconds remaining on Slice and Dice, Slice and Dice again, and repeat from step 2
- Otherwise, Eviscerate∞, and repeat from step 1
The default attack is
Sinister Strike∞. Get
Slice and Dice∞ going as soon as possible, then try to never let it drop. If you don't need to refresh Slice and Dice, use
Rupture∞.

- Sinister Strike, then Slice and Dice
Main Rotation:
- Sinister Strike to 2 Combo Points, then Slice and Dice
